Analyzing
Findings
Reading findings and the estimated impact they carry.
A finding is a specific inefficiency that analysis detected in your work order data.
What a finding tells you
Each finding identifies:
- What was detected — the rule that fired and the inefficiency it found, such as duplicated work orders or over-servicing.
- What it affects — the work orders involved.
- The estimated impact — the cost significance of the finding, so you can prioritize.
Working with findings
Review findings by account and location, and prioritize by estimated impact. A finding that affects many work orders is presented as a case carrying all of them — see Cases.
Where findings come from
Findings are produced by analysis runs. As your data changes, run analysis again: new findings appear, and findings that no longer apply clear. See Running analysis.
