Rules and policies

How policy packs decide what becomes a finding.

Analysis runs are driven by policy packs: curated sets of rules that each detect a specific kind of inefficiency in work order data.

Rules are explainable

Each rule states what it looks for — duplicated work orders, unnecessary maintenance, vendor cost anomalies, poorly scoped work, and similar patterns. When a rule fires, the finding it produces explains what was detected and why it matters. There is no opaque scoring: if a finding exists, a named rule produced it.

Policy packs

Rules are organized into policy packs so they can be reviewed and reasoned about as a unit. A pack is active on your account when it has been assigned there, and analysis runs evaluate the rules in your account's active packs.
