Quickstart
From zero to your first analysis findings, in four steps.
This page describes the journey end to end. Each step links to the guide that covers it in more detail.
1. Sign in
Sign in to the WorkOrderGuard app. Your account is provisioned for you.
2. Get your work order data in
Choose the route that fits:
- Import CSV exports — export work order data from your system and upload the files. See CSV imports.
- Connect an integration — connect a supported platform such as ServiceChannel and let WorkOrderGuard ingest your data. See Connect ServiceChannel.
Start with whichever is fastest for you; both feed the same analysis.
3. Run an analysis
Start an analysis run for the account. WorkOrderGuard applies your account's policy packs to the normalized work orders. See Running analysis.
4. Read your findings
When the run completes, review the findings it produced, with estimated impact to help you prioritize. Each case presents a detected issue together with the work orders it affects. See Findings.
